ADSS cable for aerial mounted, from the data center to OTB box. Mini ADSS and Fig8 Flat Cable especially for the OTB in last mile. FTTH Drop cable for OTB to user’s home.

144 fibers, 48 fibers and 12 fibers Single Jacket ADSS Cable

The cable diameter is 11mm for 12 fibers and 48 fibers, 15mm for 144 fibers.
Mid span distance 80M.
HDPE Jacket with two ripcords.
Cabler mark onto the cable by embossed way.
Packing is 4km per drum.
62 drums of 12 fiber or 48 fibers cable per 40HQ container. 24 drums of 144 fibers cable per 40GP container.

Outdoor and Indoor FTTH Drop Cable

The cable diameter, Indoor type 2x3mm, Outdoor type 2x5mm.

Fiber Optic Box

Outdoor OTB box has two types, plastic one and metal one. Plastic OTB box is pole mounted for rural network access, such SFU. The metail OTB box is wall mounted for building netowrk access, such MDU.

Plastic OTB box

The capacity include 8 ports and 16 ports.
2 cable entrances for feeder cable, 5 cable entrances for distribution cable or FTTH drop cable.
The box made from PC+ABS in Black.
It was installed 1X8 or 1X16 SC/APC steel tube PLC splitter.
Extra splitter tray for field maintenance as required.

Metal OTBB box

The capacity is 24 ports.
two seperated compartments convinient for opearation.
The box made from steel sheet with surface electro static patinting in beige.
It was installed 1X8 or 1X16 SC/APC steel tube PLC splitter.

Fiber Optic Patch Panel

It is used into the Outdoor Cabinet. The capacity up to 144 fibers.

Capacity: 1U for 48 fibers, 2U for 144 fibers.
Full with Duplex LC/APC adapter and LC/APC colorful Fiber Pigtails.
Made by metal steel sheet and surface electrostatic painting.
The fiber adapter panel free to removable on free-tool.
Then 19 inchs mounted bracket can adjust flexible on depth.
The rear-side and both sides have the cable entrances with black rubber sealing ring or Cable glands.

Rack mounted Fiber Optical Splitter

The splitter is used into the outdoor cabinet, it was consisit of panel and splitter modular.

Fiber Optic Splice Closure

The Splice Closure is Dome type.

Premise Terminal Box

The PTO box is for FTTH drop cable access to the user’s home. It for connector with the ONT.

Optic Fiber Fast Connector

For the engineer make the connector with the FTTH drop cable on site. Then the drop cable get the exact length which how long as required acheive to cost saving.
